DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We ship all over Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and Portugal by transit agencies SEUR and TDN except stationary batteries and certain battery models that can be sent by other transport agencies.

Carriage paid on orders over 150 EUR valid for mainland Spain and the Balearics. The customs charges if they come will be borne by the customer. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, carriage and VAT will be deducted accordingly. The prices of our store are with 21% VAT INCLUDED (Except on record from a tax-free zone, where the price shown does not include it).

In accordance with the provisions of art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January on the retail trade, the customer is entitled to withdraw the order requested within fourteen working days from the receipt, after notifying to SOLARLINE RENOVABLES S.L. using model the withdrawal document which clearly identify the name and address to whom the data should be sent and identification of the contract and the contracting terms. RENEWABLE Solarline S. L. is obliged, under the Act, to repay the full amount without deducting costs within a maximum of thirty days.

It will be the law of the place where it has been delivered under the contract or where the service would be provided, which determine the considered business days.

The refund will be by subscription. The rules regarding returns, (regulated by Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, warranty and invoicing are as follows: Refunds will not come in their original packaging with the product in perfect condition. The delivery note or invoice issued by SOLARLINE RENOVABLES S.L. valid a manufacturer's warranty, it will take effect from the day delivery is made in the address of the purchaser.

The claims for incidental and that the product is delivered damaged, wrong, or any other cause which may claim will be treated as follows: must request a return using Form RMA program in order history or contacting by phone or email with SOLARLINE RENOVABLES S.L. In case of transport damage we will not accept returns that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery of the order.

In the case of refund request, the client must send the product to SOLARLINE RENOVABLES S.L. within 14 working days after receipt of order, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer (as Act 15 / 1/96 number 7/1996). Refunds will cost 10% of the value of the product/s to be returned, which will assume the client.
If instead you want a replacement product, SOLARLINE RENOVABLES S.L. promises to deliver the customer another product in perfect condition upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
